Novice Class - For beginner wrestlers new to the sport that need to develop basic skills and fundamental athleticism. We offer 2 classes per week to compliment both in-season and out-of-season training for your wrestler. Whether you are preparing for the recreation season, or looking to get more work in we have options for you! Class sizes are kept relatively small and focus on personal attention and development.
Youth Class - Youth classes are high intensity sessions which further build the mental toughness, technical prowess and situational awareness that your wrestler will require for competition. We hold up to 4 youth classes per week, each class constructed to incorporate Technique, Hi-intensity drilling, live situations, Live matches and Conditioning.
High School Class and Beyond - These classes are for our High School and College Wrestlers. Hi-Intensity, face paced technical practices that are aimed to simulate a collegiate room and prepare our wrestlers for the top levels in our sport. We hold up to 4 HS+ practices a week from Monday - Thursday.
